fundraising info. / Cody Holder info.

Just a reminder, the drinks are due to be picked up on Oct. 21st and 22nd, beginning at 3:30 both days, at the middle school. We need some boys to help load the drinks for both days. Mary Beth has not sent off the ESPN magazine order yet, that is a great fundraiser and we get most of that money. Let her know if you would like to order it.

The 24th is the fundraiser at Roberts Nissan for Cody Holder and the truck giveaway. We still have tickets to sell for the truck if you are interested. We need to make a great showing and give our support to Cody, I would like to see all of the players there! Cody is part of our family, we need to keep him in our prayers.

Thanks to all of the parents and players for their hard work with the fundraisers. I realize it is difficult to do and there are alot of different fundraisers going on now. Just keep in mind, all of the money you raise gets spent on this years team! We only carry over what we need to start next year, so your child will reap the benefit of your hard work. And we would like to see everyone do their part, its only fair for each player to be responsible for the same amount of fundraising as all of the other players.

Thanks again,
Coach Floied

physicals / Thursday, Oct. 8th

Reminder, we will have our physicals on Thursday, Oct. 8th immediately after school at United Regional Medical Center. Bring your childs TSSAA form, you can download it at http://www.tssaa.org/Forms/forms.htm. The physicals are being donated free of charge by U.R.M.C., so if you don't have yours, this is a great time to get it. We HAVE to have it on file before your child can participate in practice! Also, I need the Emergency Treatment/Parent's Consent Form which is attached to the link above. Please complete these and send them with your child. I will have some printed off extra, but you will need to be there to complete it. We also have a booster club meeting the same afternoon to turn in fundraising monies and information.

Thank You,
Coach Floied
